Meet Chris Kircher: a dynamic and accomplished attorney whose legal journey has traversed a remarkable spectrum of cases, from personal injury litigation to intricate commercial conflicts. Chris’ professional repertoire extends beyond mere representation, encompassing strategic advocacy, insightful business negotiations, and transformative legal transactions. His expertise has been honed through years of dedicated service to his clients. Chris’ legal prowess has earned him a distinguished position among Southern Nevada’s premier attorney and he is regularly recognized by numerous legal and business publications.

Born in San Antonio, Texas and raised in Southern Nevada, Chris’ roots run deep in the Silver State.  After graduating from Green Valley High School, he attended the University of Nevada and earned a Bachelor of Science degree.  After working briefly for a financial services company, Chris attended the nationally-ranked UNLV Boyd School of Law where he graduated in the top 15% of his class. While pursuing his legal education, Chris eagerly sought practical experience. He embarked on externships with both the City of Las Vegas in the City Attorney’s Office and the Nevada Attorney General’s Office. These experiences immersed him in diverse legal scenarios.

Chris gained valuable experience as an attorney in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck's Las Vegas office.  He counseled and assisted clients extensively in contract disputes, casino collections, landlord/tenant issues and defended public entities against claims of constitutional violations. In 2016, he joined his longtime colleagues, L.J. Semenza and Jarrod Rickard, to form Semenza Kircher Rickard.  Chris has represented individuals, governmental entities, and business enterprises, including prominent casinos, hotels and gaming companies. His comprehensive experience encompassed personal injury, contract disputes, casino collections, landlord-tenant conflicts, and the adept representation of clients in all phases of their business - from startup to dissolution.  His passion has always been to provide the best legal representation to his clients.

Realizing the need for quality and compassionate one-on-one representation of victims of personal injuries caused by others, Chris began representing these individuals.  In addition to thriving to get fair compensation for his clients, he has formed long-term friendships with many of his clients.

Beyond his professional achievements, Chris remains dedicated to giving back to the legal and local communities. His participation in the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law Mentor Program reflects his commitment to nurturing the next generation of legal minds. He has also appeared as a guest speaker at his alma mater, sharing insights and inspiration with aspiring legal professionals. Demonstrating his deep-rooted belief in equal access to justice, Chris has provided pro bono legal services, ensuring that those with limited resources receive proficient legal guidance. Notably, Chris’s altruism extends beyond the legal realm. He has generously volunteered with Helping Hands of Vegas Valley and volunteered as a youth soccer coach, embodying his commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of those around him. His genuine desire to understand various facets of the community led him to participate in the City of Henderson Police Department Citizen Academy in 2014—a unique endeavor that provided him with an insider’s perspective into the training and experiences of law enforcement officers. In 2023, Chris was appointed by to the City of Henderson Community Education Advisory Board due to his deep desire to improve public education in Southern Nevada.
